Oh, It's ON!

Got the green light from my Doc on Friday to get rid of the boot...I can now swim, bike and walk like a normal person. My all out assault on the addition of soft tissue throughout my midsection is ON!

After 8 weeks of virtual inactivity, I'd say I have my work cut out for me!!
