Sixteen degrees at go time and team F.O.L.D. was ready to roll. (Friends Of LaceDog) Lambo led off (into the wind) and kept us near the front end of the race. Supple took the second leg and ran like he stole something. Deschaaf tool on leg number three and put in a solid effort, though he hasn't been training much lately. Macina pulled me along the fourth leg, and wrapped up the event with a solid solo run for the last 5k.

The race was huge, selling out this year. Alan (Running Circles) did a great job again this year with the organization. There's an awful lot of work that goes into putting on a "fun" event.

We'll be back again next year, for sure...
