You have got to be kidding me???!!!

Read this little tidbit and let me know if you think the "reporter" has any cajones whatsoever. Did he REALLY write "...suspected of..." in this little ditty?

Can you tell me what this guy is afraid of? Why wouldn't he report that "According to eye witnesses, Nichols was the trigger man."

Why would Mr. McLaughlin make the effort to protect the "innocent until proven guilty"? Does the writer truly think that (A) this guy could be innocent, (B) will be actually captured alive to potentially sue the writer for libel?

Shaking my head...

There is a GOD!

Just when I thought that all hope was lost in the world of High School Athletics, a heart-breaking, yet heart-warming lesson comes out of Cedar Springs.

So the kid from Cedar Springs attended a party where alcohol was served. Maybe he knew, maybe he didn't. The point here is that he owned up to his mistake and is accepting the consequences like a man. His parents support their son, as they should, and aren't sitting back whining about the fact he won't be winning a state title this upcoming weekend.

Contrast that with what's going on in East Grand Rapids. It will be interesting to see how things play out. The evidence is compelling, but I'll reserve comment until the MHSAA completes their investigation.
