Just Wait 'Til Next Year!

Of all the teams to lose to in the playoffs, the Packers would be my first choice. My Seahawks were out-gunned on Saturday, no question.

Looking at the other NFC teams playing, I would rather be a part of Brett Favre's dream season, over a potential legacy-building loss to either Tony "I dig blonds with big hoots" Romo or Eli "I did it all for the money" Manning.

Next year...Just wait until next year!

WHEW!

So, the Seahawks squeaked out a win. I'm very happy for the "W", but they are going to need to come up with an offensive game plan they can actually execute next week if they have any hope of advancing beyond Green Bay.

Hasselbeck looked terrible in the middle two quarters. He had no rhythm and the offense was underwhelming. If it weren't for the defense (through the 4th quarter that is) the game could have been out of hand.

Once they received the wake up call by falling behind, the defense decided they should actually start playing with some intensity again. Pressuring Collins into bad passes and stuffing the run. The 'D' came up big late in the 4th quarter, no doubt.

Let's hope for balmy weather next week at Lambeu.
